AL LEVANTARSE POR LA MAÑANA, DESECHAR LA PRIMERA ORINA Y ANOTAR LA HORA. A PARTIR DE ESE MOMENTO RECOLECTAR TODA LA ORINA DEL DÍA Y DE LA NOCHE, NO DESECHAR NADA. GUARDAR LA ORINA EN EL REFRIGERADOR O EN UN LUGAR FRESCO Y SECO. AL DÍA SIGUIENTE A LA MISMO HORA, RECOLECTAR LA ORINA Y LLEVARLA AL LABORATORIO.
